You do have a choice not to fall foul of whatever causes the charge to be levied – e.g ensuring that you have enough money in the account to cover direct debits, or organising an overdraft. The banks are not there to provide unlimited on-demand borrowing. The way they generate revenue, and ensure that everyone’s bank accounts largely remain free of monthly fees, is to punish those who can’t keep their finances in order. (I speak as someone who has fallen foul of bank charges in the past, but I simply paid the charge and carried on with life. I have effectively profited through the services the bank provides for “free”, and free things like railcards etc). Would you rather that every single person was charged a monthly fee for having an account, as opposed to one-off charges which you can easily avoid?

You telling me I am an ignorant! What do you based that on? Would you say the same thing if this thug attacked or assaulted one of your family members? Of course I am shocked at the way the police handle the arrest here by all means, but then again if this criminal committed a crime against one my relatives, I would want his head on a plate! He’s running away from the law after committing a crime with no remorse whatsoever for the victims, why can’t you understand that?

Seniority – which is generally called honorifics is used to speak to people of higher standing than you. so it can be for a 선생님, 선배, boss, elder, even your parents.

for them, you would say 뭐 하세요? the 세 (시) is what adds the honorifics. (by the way, it's mwo, not bo, and se-yo, not seo)

if you were talking to someone of your own age or of equal rank, you could just say (name)씨, 뭐 해요? which is the polite form. unless you are just meeting the person (introductions). normally then, you would still use honorifics.

if you were speaking to close friends and other people you have closer/intimate relationship with, you would drop the 요all together and simply say 뭐 해? which is the intimate speech style.
